VAAG OUTDOOR is a cashless festival.

The only way to pay for food and drinks is to buy our (non-refundable) “V-COINS” (at our official Club Vaag App).

Food vendors and bars on the festival site only accept '“V-COINS”, the official VAAG OUTDOOR cashless currency.

Use of the toilets is free of charge. It’s strictly prohibited to urinate in public.

When caught urinating in public you will be removed from the festival grounds.

During the opening hours of the festival a First Aid team will be permanently present.

If you need to bring medication to the festival, please make sure you carry a doctor’s certificate with you to show at the entrance.

Digital photo cameras and/or video cameras are allowed on the festival site except for (semi-)professional equipment.
VAAG OUTDOOR would like you to make as many pictures and movies as possible and put loads onto your social media accounts!

During the festival, there will be photo and video recordings.
By entering the festival site, all visitors are aware of this and give their consent to the organization to use this footage.

Safety is the highest priority for the organization of VAAG OUTDOOR.
Therefore, the organization co-operates with the Belgian Federal Police.

They are, in partnership with the Local Police Zone, responsible for the safety of the visitors and crew.

It is prohibited to distribute flyers or hang posters on or around the festival site.

We expect every visitor to show proper respect.

Tearing, breaking or any other form of destruction to the festival site will result in removal from the festival and access will be denied for the duration of the festival.

The organization reserves the right to file a criminal complaint.

It is not allowed to enter the festival site with the following objects:
animals (except guide-dogs), own food and drinks, spray cans, drugs (except medication upon presentation of a doctor's note), glass, cans, plastic bottles, weapons, football club flags, sticks, walking sticks (excluding medical crutches and devices), banners, items with discriminating and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, blunt, stab or thrust weapons or firearms or other items that might be used as a weapon, items that might have a negative effect on the safety, health or wellbeing of the festival-goers, sprays, fireworks, liquids, torches and any other item which may be considered as dangerous by the organization.

Directions and instructions of the (security) personnel should be followed immediately. In case of suspicion or actual possession of illegal or dangerous weapons, security is authorized to stop you.

VAAG OUTDOOR conduct an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs.

It’s forbidden to use, deal, and/or to be in possession of drugs on the festival site. If you are caught using and/or dealing in drugs or if you are found in possession of drugs, you will be removed from the festival site.

We will be keen to ensure that everyone adheres to this rule. Relevant incidents will be transferred to the Police.
